Frank Blecha

Frank Blecha is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in engineering and digital solutions. As Vice President at CVS Health from January 2022 to March 2025, Frank played key roles in digital strategy, architecture, and engineering. Prior to CVS Health, Frank served as Senior Director of Engineering at Aetna from January 2014 to December 2021 and held engineering leadership positions at Intelligent Software Solutions and PSL - Physical Science Laboratory, where Frank led an R&D team focused on AI agents for combat simulations. Frank began a career in software engineering at ChannelPoint and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University and an MBA from New Mexico State University.
