Jenice Tom

Jenice Tom currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Market Research & Analytics at CVS Health, a position held since July 2016. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Operations and Cuisine at Boston Wine School, where operational processes were implemented and improved, and as a Freelance Consultant specializing in geo-spatial analytics and data manipulation. Previous positions at Staples included Black Belt Designate, leading Lean Six Sigma projects with significant financial impact, and Sr. Manager of Real Estate Research, where strategies for North America’s real estate were developed. Jenice holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics from Penn State World Campus and an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
