Josh Godfrey

Josh Godfrey is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in security, compliance, and systems management across several organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager for PBM IT Security and Compliance at CVS Health since June 2015, Josh is responsible for safeguarding Caremark applications and services. Prior roles include Sr. Manager for Member and Client Services IT Operations at CVS Health, Manager of Systems Management and Disaster Recovery at Aon, and Manager of the Global Systems Operations Center at Hewitt Associates. Additionally, Josh has held various leadership positions at Allstate Insurance, including Manager of the Network Operations Center and Enterprise Incident Manager, focusing on incident management improvement and operational efficiency. An alumnus of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, Josh possesses a strong foundation in IT practices and has consistently contributed to enhancing service delivery and operational resilience throughout a diverse career in technology.
