Kathleen Kadziolka

Kathleen Kadziolka is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President of Technology at CVS Health since November 2018, specializing in data, clinical, ecosystem, and transformation technologies. Prior to this role, Kathleen held various positions at Aetna from August 2003 to November 2018, including Vice President of Technology and Executive Director of IT, where responsibilities included maximizing business value from IT investments and overseeing project management methodologies. Kathleen's earlier career involved consulting at Accenture from June 1992 to August 2003, focusing on program management, system integration, and application development.
