Neal Borkert

Neal Borkert currently serves as the Executive Director of Cloud Product Management and Customer Enablement at CVS Health, where leadership focuses on transforming Cloud technology adoption for enhanced business value delivery. Previously, Borkert held the position of Director of Technology Operations & Resilience at DICK'S Sporting Goods, overseeing a 140+ person team and achieving a 30% reduction in defects. With extensive experience at Comcast, Borkert directed Private Cloud operations and significantly reduced high-impact defects. Prior roles include managing software development teams at Barclaycard and Energy Plus, as well as leadership positions at Sefaira and Abraxas-Cubic Global Defense. Borkert holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
