Semih Pala is an experienced Adobe Analytics professional with a proven track record in transforming implementation processes, enhancing team efficiency, and improving data accuracy. Currently serving as an Adobe Analytics Product Advisor at Kaiser Permanente, Semih manages the transition of implementation processes to JIRA and Confluence. Prior roles include working as an Implementation Architect at UnitedHealth Group, where a data governance strategy was established, and a Manager at Hilton, where a comprehensive data governance strategy was created. Semih’s extensive experience spans various companies, including Citrix and Zumba, focusing on web analytics implementation, reporting, and optimization. Semih holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of H.A.C and an Associate degree in Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from the Community College of Philadelphia.
