Shannon Penberthy

Shannon Penberthy is the Vice President of Federal Government Affairs at CVS Health. Shannon has a long history of working in the healthcare industry, with a focus on policy. Shannon started their career as a Health Policy Analyst at the Health Industry Manufacturers Association in 1992. Shannon then spent 10 years at MARC Associates, where they rose to the position of Vice President. In 2005, Shannon joined Baxter Healthcare as Director of Federal Government Affairs. Shannon spent two years at Baxter before moving to Procter & Gamble, where they served as Associate Director, Global Health and FDA Policy for 9 years. Shannon has been with CVS Health since 2016.

Shannon Penberthy has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
