Susan Debourcy

Susan DeBourcy is an accomplished executive in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Executive Director of Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness Talent Innovation & Strategy at CVS Health since October 2022. With a robust background in various leadership roles, Susan previously worked at Novartis as Global Head of Talent Management Strategy and Innovation, and at Kellogg Company as Senior Manager of Global Talent & Organizational Development. Additional experience includes positions at Accenture, ITT Corporation, HCL AXON, and CSC. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in History from Princeton University and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northwestern University.
