Traci Britton

Traci Britton, MBA, is a Senior Manager of Workforce Initiatives at CVS Health, responsible for leading a team of ten professionals in driving partnerships and implementing process improvements since September 2006. Prior roles include Workforce Initiative Manager, where Traci built collaborations with various operational and recruitment teams to address talent trends and deliver effective workforce solutions, and Sr. Consultant Talent Acquisition, focusing on hiring for IT, Sales, and Pharmacy services across multiple locations. Prior to CVS Health, Traci served as Sr. Technical Resource Manager at Manpower Professional, managing the Staff Augmentation Program for Abbott Laboratories. Traci holds an MBA in Global Business from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree with a minor in Management from Columbia College.
