Tracie Freeman

Tracie Freeman is a licensed practical nurse (LPN) with extensive experience in various healthcare roles. Currently employed at Liberty Family Care and New Horizons Family Health Services since 2019 and 2016 respectively, Tracie also serves as a Clinical Supervisor at ChartSpan Medical Technologies. Additional roles include Resident Care Director at The Magnolias of Easley and LPN at Interim Healthcare since 2007, where Tracie has held nursing management positions in Personal Care and Support Services. Previously, Tracie worked as a Community Liaison at MedFirst. Tracie Freeman completed LPN training at Greenwood Vocational School from 1982 to 1984 and holds a diploma in General Studies from Dixie High School, Due West, S.C.
