W. Scott Backus has extensive experience in the healthcare and customer care sectors, currently serving as the Director of the Patient Care Center, Specialty, and previously as Director of PBM Customer Care and Operations Manager at CVS Health. Prior to that, W. Scott held several leadership positions, including Director of Customer Care, Director of Workforce Management, and Regional Manager of IP Support at Comcast Cable Communications Inc. W. Scott holds an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from the Community College of Allegheny County and a permanent certification in Pre Hospital Medicine (Paramedic) from the Center for Emergency Medicine.
