Carl Noble Cfa

Carl Noble, CFA, is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Investments at Congress Wealth Management, LLC. Prior to this role, Carl held various positions at Pinnacle Advisory Group, including Chief Investment Officer and Senior Investment Analyst. He also served as a Senior Investment Analyst at Pinnacle Advisor Solutions. Carl obtained his BS in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2001.
