Delroy McLean

Delroy McLean has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Delroy began their career as a Database Administrator for the UWI Guild of Graduates in 1995. Delroy then moved on to work as a Lab Technician and Systems Administrator for Mona, where they implemented and supported networking and computing resources.

In 1998, they joined C.I as a Programmer and Systems Administrator, where they focused on developing software for various platforms. Delroy also served as a Computer Lab Technician at the University of the West Indies, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the lab.

In 2000, McLean took on the role of Systems Administrator at Coca-Cola Ja. Ltd, where they administered financial and inventory management systems. Delroy also provided technical support for users and developed an in-house software package.

From 2002 to 2014, they worked at Fujitsu Caribbean, starting as a Service Delivery Manager and eventually becoming the Vice President of Service Delivery. Delroy managed regional service delivery and implemented effective processes for customer service. Delroy also led a team of engineers and provided support for various IT solutions.

McLean then transitioned to Columbus Business Solutions as a Presales Director, leading a team of engineers in supporting sales and developing enterprise solutions. Delroy later joined Cable & Wireless Communications, where they served as the Regional Sales Engineering Director and the Director of Networking and Security.

In 2018, McLean joined C&W Business as the Senior Director for Enterprise, Govt. & Product. In this role, they oversee product development, market analysis, and customer value delivery.

Throughout their career, McLean has demonstrated expertise in IT solutions, team leadership, and customer service.

Delroy McLean received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, Mona, between 1994 and 1998. Delroy further pursued their education and achieved a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in General studies from The University of the West Indies, Mona, during the period of 2012 to 2014.
