Patricia Guzmán

Patricia Guzmán has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Patricia worked as a Project Manager at C&W Business from 2018, where they successfully managed projects related to managed services and connectivity. Patricia ensured the projects were aligned with company strategy and met customer requirements. Prior to that, they were an Ingeniera de Proyectos at Columbus Networks Dominican Republic from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they coordinated and controlled processes related to the implementation of new services and solutions. Patricia also utilized Salesforce and managed databases to support the implementation process. From 2008 to 2013, Patricia worked as a Security Analyst at TransUnion Credit Bureau, where they managed user roles and permissions, handled file transfer management, GPO and antivirus management, and data loss prevention solutions. Before that, they held the role of Security Analyst at Presidencia de la República Dominicana from 2004 to 2008.

Patricia Guzmán completed their education from 2006 to 2012 at UNAPEC, where they obtained a degree in Information Systems Engineering. Patricia has additional certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in August 2021. Patricia also holds a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf, which they received in March 2021.
