Andrew Lister has extensive experience in the oil industry, having worked in various tax advisory roles at companies such as CW Energy LLP, RSM UK, and KPMG UK. Andrew has provided tax services to a wide range of clients and has led significant projects, including refinancing, due diligence, and structuring work. Andrew also has experience in international tax structuring, M&A, and compliance. Andrew holds a Diploma in Legal Practice from Nottingham Law School and an LLB in Law from the University of Leicester.
