Darlene Carter

Darlene Carter has a significant amount of work experience in the real estate industry. Darlene is currently the Chief Executive Officer at CW Group, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they were the President at CW Urban from June 2017 to January 2022.

Before joining CW Urban, Darlene worked at Oakwood Homes, LLC as the Director of Sales/Utah Division from April 2014 to June 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of the division's sales team and had numerous responsibilities, such as creating and implementing sales operations, executing the annual business plan, and being a product strategist in the communities they served.

Darlene also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Oakwood Homes, LLC/Henry Walker Homes from January 2013 to April 2014. And prior to that, they were a New Home Sales Consultant/Project Manager at Woodside Homes/Henry Walker Homes from June 2005 to January 2013. In this role, they were promoted to Sales Consultant/Project Manager of a single-family community and later became a Project Manager for a total of five single-family new home communities. Their responsibilities included sales presentations, marketing, managing listings, originating purchase contracts, and serving as a liaison between buyers, sellers, and construction staff.

Darlene Carter received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations and Corporate Communication from Utah State University. Darlene attended the university from 1999 to 2003.
