CW Resourcing is a specialist AI hiring partner to venture-backed technology companies from Seed to Series C, across San Francisco, New York and London.

We place the people who close the deployment gap: the point where an AI product has to leave the demo and work in production, in front of real customers. That is the hardest hire in the market right now, and it is all we do.

Our focus:
Forward Deployed Engineers
Solutions Engineers
AI and LLM Engineers
AI Infrastructure Engineers
Founding and Product Engineers
Staff-level Software Engineers
Enterprise GTM talent

How we work is the difference. The market is full of tools that flood founders with 200 lookalike profiles. We do the opposite. Every shortlist is a small number of candidates we have personally assessed for production impact, ownership of ambiguous problems, deployment and customer-facing experience, and the operating intensity early-stage AI companies demand. Signal over volume, every time.

For founders, CTOs and heads of engineering, that means less wasted time and a faster path to the hire that actually moves the business. For candidates, it means we only bring you roles worth your attention.
Uncovering talent that builds the future.
