Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at CW Thomas, LLC since September 2022, Lynett oversees a premier plastic sheet thermoforming company known for its quality manufacturing and strong partnerships. Previously, Lynett held the position of Director at Elk Lake Capital from August 2012 to December 2020, contributing to a family-owned capital investment firm with deep roots in northeastern Pennsylvania. Additionally, Lynett was the CEO and Publisher at Times Shamrock Communications from January 2009 to March 2019, managing a multi-media company with a rich history. Lynett's career began in the US Navy, serving as a Lieutenant Commander in the Supply Corps from 1996 to 2006. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, a DBS in Business & Industrial Relations from The London School of Economics, and a bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
