Nilay Soysaldi

Nilay Soysaldi, CFA, currently serves as Group CFO at CWB Limited, overseeing finance for a specialized law firm that manages intellectual property portfolios across the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Africa since February 2020. Prior to this role, Nilay was the Director of Corporate Finance at Gulf Capital, providing financial advisory services to investees of a leading alternative asset management firm. Nilay also served as Finance Director for MetaMed Holding, managing finance and IT for a radiology services platform operating 28 branches, and gained experience as Finance Manager at Dogu Tip Radiology. Additional roles include Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at KPMG, both in Germany and Türkiye, and positions as Associate Advisor and Auditor. Nilay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Middle East Technical University, completed in 2006.
