Earlier roles at Russell included Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer of Fixed Income, highlighting expertise in managing diverse fixed income portfolios. Jeff holds a Master's Degree in finance from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of Puget Sound.
