Currently serving as a Senior Sales Manager at CWC Recruitment since July 2024, Alina focuses on placing international nursing staff in healthcare facilities. Previous positions include Business Development and Marketing Lead at MEETYOO, and Teamlead Business Development at the same company, alongside experience in event management and sales roles at Hotel Arts Barcelona, Vero Moda, and Bijou Brigitte. Alina holds a Master of Arts in International Marketing Management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure and Tourism Management from Hochschule Stralsund, complemented by education at Universidad de La Laguna.

Our international CWC Recruitment team is committed to recruiting and integrating healthcare professionals from abroad in response to the growing shortage of healthcare professionals. Through the placement of top-class and highly-trained foreign nursing staff, we would like to support clinics, senior citizens’ and rehabilitation facilities in finding reliable and lasting personnel solutions. At the same time, we enable qualified personnel from countries with a surplus of candidates to find a job through our program and thus new valuable perspectives. CWC Recruitment focuses on two things above all: the intensive and careful preparation and integration of the program participants, as we want them to feel completely comfortable and to remain with their employers for as long as possible. Our main recruitment regions are currently the Philippines, India and Costa Rica, where we cooperate with great local partners.
