The CWE industry gala is an annual industry event that brings together top media, influencers, creators, founders, and entrepreneurs, as well as some of Canada’s top executives from North America's largest brands, to showcase their programs, launches, and initiatives that drive impact across the country. The event acts as a super-connector to leading companies and changemakers on a mission toward a more inclusive and empowered future.

Merging brands, experts, and professionals across various industries, CWE recognizes and honours top-leading companies and their influential Canadian programs, campaigns, and CSR initiatives. A group of Google judges selects the winners for their commitment to gender equality and exceptional societal contributions.

By seamlessly integrating arts, technology, music, and culture, CWE creates an unparalleled community networking experience that delivers an exhilarating production featuring an awards show, musical performances, keynote speakers, a women-owned founders pitch competition, and private lounges, including an influencer and media preview pop-up event featuring beauty and lifestyle products. The experience includes the CWE cafe, VIP beauty lounge, 2 red carpet experiences, networking receptions, and a women founders breakfast program. From meticulous planning to flawless execution, every aspect provides an immersive and memorable experience.
