Shawn Somers, P.E., serves as the Director of Engineering at CWE since October 2010, leading major public project proposals and managing the design of public infrastructure. With a progressive career at CWE, Shawn has held roles including Engineering Manager, Project Engineer, and Engineer in Training, focusing on project coordination, design reviews, and technical report preparation. In addition to engineering, Shawn is actively involved in ministry at Crossroads Christian Fellowship, contributing as Assistant Pastor, Pastor of Men's Ministry, Music Ministry Director, and Director of Young Adult Ministries. Shawn's earlier experience includes positions at Calvary Chapel Bible College and ZFA Structural Engineers. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2008.
