Karen Giordano

Karen Giordano is an experienced Business Analyst at CWIE, where since May 2014, responsibilities include composing documents that define project direction, design, and business requirements, while collaborating closely with user interface architects to enhance product usability. Prior to this role, Karen served as a Support Representative at CCBill from October 2008 to May 2014, providing supervisory support to call center employees and assisting Consumer Support representatives with escalated IT issues.
