Kathleen Dipisa

Kathleen DiPisa, SHRM-CP, currently serves as HR Manager and HR Business Partner at CWIE since April 2021. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Aquinas College - Grand Rapids from August 2019 to March 2021, and served as Regional People Business Partner at Trace3 from November 2016 to August 2019, during which the organization was known as Century Technology Group. Early in the career, Kathleen worked as a Human Resources Specialist at both Booking.com and Service Express, Inc., where roles included Customer Support Coordinator. Kathleen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Central Michigan University, obtained between 2020 and 2023, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Science with a concentration in Human Resources from Michigan State University, completed in 2010.
