Anthony Hughes

Anthony Hughes serves as the Clinical Service Group Manager at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board since September 2019, focusing on operational management, service quality, and planning within the Mental Health sector. Additionally, Anthony leads the Cwm Taf Regional Partnership Board Programme Management Office, driving transformation in integrated Health and Social Care. Previously, Anthony was the Managing Director at Aneurin Leisure and served in community development roles at Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and Cardiff City Council. Anthony began a career in education as a Physical Education teacher at Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council. Educational qualifications include an MBA, Prince 2 in Project Management, and a PGCE in Secondary Education.
