Chris Beadle has extensive experience in health and safety management, currently serving as the Head of Health, Safety & Fire at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board since July 1997. Prior to this role, Chris worked as the Occupational Health and Safety Policy Lead for the Welsh Government from June 2005 to January 2010, providing expertise on occupational health and safety matters for NHS Wales. Chris holds an MSc in Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, both from The University of Glamorgan. Education was completed at Lewis Boys Comprehensive School.

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is part of the NHS Wales family. Our Health Board provides primary, secondary and community health and wellbeing services to around 450,000 people living in three County Boroughs: Bridgend Merthyr Tydfil, and Rhondda Cynon Taf.
