Dylan Powell, MBCS, currently serves as the Head of Datacentres & Cloud at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, leading teams to deliver secure and compliant network and infrastructure solutions while collaborating on innovative architectures. Previously, Dylan held multiple leadership roles at Invacare Corporation from 2006 to 2025, including Vice President of Information Technology, where oversight of IT operations and a significant $29 million insourcing transition project were notable achievements. Additional roles included Global Infrastructure & Security Lead and Head of IT Operations & Portfolio/Demand Manager EMEA, where responsibilities encompassed IT service delivery, budgeting exceeding $10 million annually, and governance controls. Earlier career experiences include IT Manager and Technical Support Manager at MSS (Europe) Limited, and IT Support Engineer at Silvermines Security Ltd., demonstrating a solid foundation in IT systems and support across various sectors. Dylan's educational background includes studies in business behavior and management from The Open University and ICS Learn, as well as early education in computer science at St Julians Comprehensive.
