Alain Brisebois

Alain Brisebois, CFA, has a strong background in the energy industry. Alain is currently serving as the President of CWP Energy Solutions, a position they began in October 2021. Prior to this, Alain served as President of CWP Energy since October 2020. Alain also held the role of Vice President - Head of Energy from December 2016 to October 2020 and Director - Risk Management and Operations from August 2015 to November 2016 at the same company.

Before joining CWP Energy, Alain worked at PSP Investments as an Advisor - Valuation from April 2014 to August 2015 and as a Senior Analyst - Valuation and Market Risk from August 2012 to April 2014.

Alain began their career at Standard Life as a Consultant - Derivatives Operations from May 2009 to August 2012.

Alain Brisebois, CFA completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Université Laval in 2006 and continued their education at the same institution, earning another Bachelor's degree in Finance from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, they completed the Derivatives Fundamentals Course (DFC) from the Canadian Securities Institute, followed by the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) in 2011. In 2012, they attended CRIM to pursue BDO300 - Custom Intermediary and Advanced SQL Programming. Finally, in 2014, they obtained their CFA Charter from the CFA Institute.
