Jarrett Sullivan

Jarrett Sullivan began their career as an Assistant Project Scientist at Weston Solutions, Inc. in January 2009 and worked their way up to become an Associate Project Scientist in September 2011. In November 2012, they took on the role of Project Manager, team lead, and resource manager for a confidential oil and gas client. Jarrett left Weston Solutions, Inc. in April 2013.

In May 2013, Sullivan joined CWS Capital Partners as a Development Associate and held this position until May 2015. In May 2015, they were promoted to Development Manager and later became the Vice President of Development in February 2016. Sullivan's responsibilities at CWS included managing and executing multifamily development projects, overseeing site feasibility analysis, generating project proformas, budget tracking/forecasting, and construction project management. Jarrett also aided in the transition of development projects into stabilized operations and performed functions of asset management.

Jarrett Sullivan attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science.
