Mark Villalba is a seasoned finance professional with substantial experience in multifamily investments, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at CWS Capital Partners since November 2015. Previously, Villalba completed two internships at TDI, first as a Financial Analyst Intern where responsibilities included preparing a capitalization summary for a $200 million portfolio and building a comprehensive Excel-based project archive. In the earlier internship as a Real Estate Analyst Intern, market research was conducted, and various property evaluations were performed. Villalba holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University, earned in 2015.
