Michelle Santibanez, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional currently serving as the Controller of Partnership Accounting at CWS Capital Partners since September 2014, after previously holding the position of Assistant Controller. Additionally, Michelle has been a Senior Accountant at CWS Apartment Homes LLC since June 2007, where responsibilities include financial reporting for multiple multifamily properties and cash flow projections. Michelle's earlier experience includes work as a Staff Auditor at Travis Wolff & Co, an Accounting Intern at Brooks City Base Financial Management Department, and a Tax Preparer for the City of San Antonio. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio and has furthered education at The Polytechnic University of Hong Kong.
