Jo Wendland

Jo Wendland is an experienced human resources and operations professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Group People Experience Manager at CWSI since April 2022, Jo's prior roles include Operations Manager and Talent Manager at AVR International Ltd, where expertise in IT Security and Mobility solutions was leveraged. Jo has also held positions at Telco Exec as Operations Manager, Aon Consulting as Recruitment Manager, and Oracle Corporation in various recruitment roles, culminating in managing the UK Recruitment team. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Psychology from Loughborough University, Jo Wendland combines a solid educational foundation with extensive industry experience.
