Keira M.

Keira M. has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2003 as a Project Manager at Euro RSCG. Keira then worked as a Project Manager at Picardy Media & Communications from 2006-2007. From 2007-2008, they volunteered as a Business Consultant at VSO, where they reviewed management systems and facilitated strategic workshops. In 2008, they became a Senior Project Manager (Contractor) at SEPA, where they designed and implemented a public flood warning service for Scotland. Keira also worked as a Senior Project Manager (P/T, Contractor) at T in the Park & V Festival from 2008-2013, overseeing luxury accommodation experiences at music festivals. As a Business Consultant at The Challenges Group from 2011-2012, they provided business advice and ran outreach programs on deforestation. In 2012-2013, they volunteered as a Project Manager at NAWA, designing and publishing a tourist guidebook for Ghana. From 2013-2016, they served as the Head of Operations at The Granada Beach House Hotel, where they established a boutique hotel and implemented an aggressive marketing strategy. In 2017, they worked as the Operations Manager (Contractor) at Student Accommodation, launching and managing a 400-bed accommodation business in Dublin. Currently, they are the Head of Project Management at CWSI since November 2019. Keira M. has a BA degree in Creativity & Innovation in Business from Edinburgh Napier University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to this, they earned a Diploma in Business Administration from Belfast Institute of Further & Higher Education, completed from 1995 to 1997. Keira also holds additional certifications such as Certified Prince2 Agile Practitioner and Certified Prince2 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice, received in 2023 and 2019 respectively. Keira M. also obtained a Professional Certification from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2000.
