Andrea Crosby

Andrea Crosby has extensive work experience in the field of product delivery and management. Andrea is currently employed at Baker Tilly US as a Solutions Delivery Lead. Prior to this, Andrea worked at CWT for over 15 years, where they held various roles including Principal Product Delivery Manager and Account Executive. In their previous role, they were responsible for the successful go-to-market delivery of multiple online booking tool products and feature releases, as well as client onboarding and support. Andrea is also known for their efforts in increasing the understanding of internal support strategy and standards across different departments within the company.

Andrea Crosby has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Ridgewater College. Andrea also has studied Accounting and International Business Management at Augustana University (SD). In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Travel Associate (CTA) from McConnell Travel School.
