Bindu Bhatia currently serves as the Global Head of Customer Lifecycle Optimization at CWT since May 2023. Bindu's extensive experience at CWT spans from June 2008 to September 2020, where Bindu held roles including Managing Director, Asia Pacific, and Senior Vice President, Global Program Management, overseeing 40 major accounts with a 99% client retention rate. Prior experience includes leading global account solutions and North American sales initiatives at Carlson Wagonlit Travel from June 2000 to 2008, driving significant growth and operational achievements.
