Dawn Barbieri

Dawn Barbieri has extensive experience in travel consultancy and management within the travel industry. They began their career as a Travel Consultant at P.Lawson Travel from 1980 to 1984, where they handled travel planning for both corporate and leisure clients. Later, they served as a Manager at Carlson Wagonlit Travel in 2009, overseeing daily operations, staff training, and customer service. Dawn also contributed as a Regional Trainer and Reserve Trainer, focusing on technical skills and new employee induction for corporate call centers, and ensuring the successful implementation of account-specific training programs.
