Deborah Cullinan has extensive experience in training and development within the travel industry, having worked at CWT since 1993 in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Training Manager, Deborah oversees transformation projects related to training solutions that align with business needs. Prior roles include Lead in Training, Quality & Performance Analytics, and Sr. North America Trainer, where facilitation of technical training and development of creative solutions were key responsibilities. As Customer Service Training Manager, accountability for resolving customer service issues and providing management reports was essential.
