Deborah Cullinan

Global Training Manager

Deborah Cullinan has extensive experience in training and development within the travel industry, having worked at CWT since 1993 in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Training Manager, Deborah oversees transformation projects related to training solutions that align with business needs. Prior roles include Lead in Training, Quality & Performance Analytics, and Sr. North America Trainer, where facilitation of technical training and development of creative solutions were key responsibilities. As Customer Service Training Manager, accountability for resolving customer service issues and providing management reports was essential. Earlier experience includes a dedicated trainer role at Bristol Myers Squibb and managing front-line staff as a Lead Agent. Deborah began her career as a Travel Counselor at US Travel from 1990 to 1993. Educationally, Deborah has qualifications from Bucks County Community College, Kaset International, and The Forum Corporation.
