Erica Antony

Erica Antony has over 19 years of experience in product management and leadership roles. Erica is currently the Chief Product Officer at CWT, a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Product Management at Workfront from July 2018 to August 2019. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Product Management at Arcserve from June 2016 to July 2018. Erica also held the role of Senior Director of Product Management at Veritas Technologies LLC from August 2014 to May 2016. Erica has a strong background in the technology industry, having worked at Symantec as Director of Competitive Intelligence from June 2013 to August 2014, Director of Regional Product Management from March 2011 to June 2013, Senior Manager of Product Management from January 2008 to March 2011, and Principal Product Manager from June 2005 to January 2008. Erica started their career at Veritas Software Corporation, where they worked as a Product Manager from April 2004 to June 2005 and as a Software Quality Engineer from June 2001 to April 2004.

Erica Antony has participated in various executive education programs at Harvard Business School, including the Program for Leadership Development, the Women's Leadership Forum, Leading Change and Organizational Renewal, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Erica also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
