Jeffrey S. has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Jeffrey started their career in 2014 as an Application Packager at Dell, where they were responsible for packaging and deploying applications using SCCM and a proprietary deployment system. Jeffrey then worked as an Application Deployment Engineer at TEKsystems, where they packaged applications, developed SCCM objects, and created Win7 imaging task sequences.

In 2015, Jeffrey joined CliftonLarsonAllen as a Systems Analyst, where they conducted application testing with Citrix AppDNA and AppV, and deployed applications using SCCM 2012. Jeffrey also worked as an Electronic Software Distribution Engineer at Allina Health, specializing in application packaging, deployment scripting, and application virtualization using Microsoft App-V 5.0.

In 2017, Jeffrey held multiple positions including Senior Application Packager at TEKsystems, Workstation Analyst/Packager at Intuitive Technology Group, and Windows 10 Application Packager at Apex Systems, where they focused on application compatibility testing, packaging, deployment, and migration.

Jeffrey then joined TEKsystems again in 2018 as an Application Packager, where they utilized AdminStudio and PowerShell scripting for packaging and deployment using SCCM. Jeffrey later worked at Deluxe as an End User Technology Engineer IV, leading the adoption of SCRUM methodology and driving modern device management through Microsoft Azure AD and Intune. Jeffrey also mentored new engineering staff and developed internal training programs.

Currently, Jeffrey is working at CWT as a Lead Technical Business Analyst. In this role, they play a crucial part in analyzing and optimizing existing processes, improving communication between the End User Technology teams and other business units, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Jeffrey S. attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Mass Communication/Media Studies. Prior to that, they attended Southwestern Illinois College from 2002 to 2005 and obtained an Associates Degree in Network Design and Administration, as well as studying Mass Communications. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as "What Is Business Analysis?" from LinkedIn in 2023, "Jamf Certified Tech" from Jamf in 2020, and "James Patterson's Writing Class" from MasterClass, Inc. in 2017.
