Joan Garrett

Joan Garrett has extensive experience in employee and labor relations, currently serving as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations for NORAM at CWT since 1991. This role encompasses responsibility for both the US and Canadian regions. Prior to this, Joan held various positions at CWT, including Sr. Manager in Employee and Labor Relations and Sr. Manager in HR & Compliance. Earlier in the career, Joan worked at Carlson Wagonlit Travel from 1986 to 1991, progressing from Branch Manager to Director of HR. Joan holds an Associate's degree in Business and Travel and Tourism from Prospect Hall College, attained between September 1975 and June 1977.
