Joan Tanner

Joan Tanner is a seasoned professional in global program management with extensive experience in the travel industry. Currently serving as Senior Global Program Manager at CWT since January 2019, Joan has previously held the position of Director of Client Relations at Acendas Travel from December 2013 to June 2018, where oversight of operational, fiscal, and strategic aspects of travel programs was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Joan was the Director of Global Account Management at FCm Travel Solutions from August 2005 to June 2013, managing a high-volume portfolio of clients across over 30 countries while achieving a 100% client retention rating. Joan Tanner holds a degree from Prairie State College.
