Jorge Arrieta

Jorge Arrieta is a Transformation Manager at CWT, bringing over 17 years of experience in aviation and corporate travel management operations. They advanced through various roles at major global carriers, including Copa Airlines, where they centralized processes and managed operations in Costa Rica. Since joining CWT in 2014, Jorge has grown the team to nearly 400 employees while leading key client operations as an Area Manager, focusing on performance management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Jorge played a crucial role in the company's recovery during the pandemic, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence and transformation projects. Jorge is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Tourism at Universidad Hispanoamericana.
