Marea Clement has extensive experience in the travel industry, having worked at CWT since March 1998, progressing from VIP Travel Counselor to Lead Agent and currently serving as Customer Service Manager. In the role of Customer Service Manager, Marea provides support and guidance to staff while ensuring adherence to company standards for customer service and operational efficiency. Previous responsibilities included assisting management with organizational support, reporting, and quality control as a Lead Agent, and advising corporate clients on travel arrangements as a VIP Travel Counselor. Before joining CWT, Marea was a Senior Travel Counselor at National Travel Service, Inc., where contributions included facilitating the establishment of a successful branch office in Miami, FL. Marea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Religious Studies from Marshall University and an Associate of Arts in Humanities and Theatre from Valencia College.
