Natalie Hung has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Natalie began their career at Northwest Airlines, where they served as a Pacific Reservation Specialist and later as the Lead of Reservations and Ticketing in Hong Kong. Natalie then moved on to Delta Air Lines and worked there as a Specialist in Reservations Communications and Product Development for the Asia Pacific region. Natalie later joined EF Education First as a Flights Product Manager for the Asia Pacific region. Currently, they are working at CWT as a Client Director for the Global Customer Group APAC, where they are responsible for client retention, revenue up-selling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Prior to this role, they also held positions as the Head of Program Management and Senior Program Manager at CWT. Throughout their career, Natalie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, account management expertise, and a focus on client relationship management.
Natalie Hung obtained a Chartered Marketer degree in International Marketing from the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, also in International Marketing, from the same institute from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they have various certifications in areas such as job hunting, customer rapport building, strategic planning, and leadership development from LinkedIn, obtained in 2019 and 2020.
