Oded Mond (Judelman) is an experienced software engineering manager currently leading two teams at CWT since 2022. Previously, Oded held the position of Software Development Team Leader at Pitney Bowes from 2017 to 2020, and at HP from 2010 to 2016, managing full stack teams and overseeing significant projects in SaaS solutions and software development lifecycle management. Early career experiences include roles as a software engineer with notable contributions to a Learning Management System at Time To Know and a Media Asset Management system at V4x. Oded began his professional journey as a Logistics Officer in the Israeli army, managing personnel and budgets. Oded holds a BSc in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned between 2003 and 2007.
