Philip Taft is a Senior Director and Head of Development for Data & Analytics at CWT, where they have been creating high-quality software through global Agile teams since 2018. With over 10 years of experience in the tech industry, Philip has developed excellent stakeholder management skills and delivery techniques. Prior to CWT, they held various roles, including Business Information Analyst at PRG Schultz and Management Information Systems Analyst at Nationwide Building Society. Philip also served as a Senior Development Manager at Dealogic, overseeing global teams and high-profile projects in Equity Capital Markets. They are currently pursuing an HND in Business Information Technology & Computing at the University College of Northampton.
