Ross M.'s work experience begins in 2008 with a work experience job at Microsoft in Dublin, where they gained skills in beta testing and made valuable contacts. Ross then transitioned to freelance work as a User Experience Designer, taking on small projects on a global scale. In 2014, Ross joined the BBC as a Web Designer, responsible for building interfaces and front ends for applications. Ross also became a Virtual Reality Producer, creating and producing 360 videos that reached a wide audience. Ross then worked at Synechron as a Senior UX Consultant and Frontend Developer, leading client projects and introducing new technologies. In 2018, they became the Creative Director at Haus of Ivor, an online brand and store. However, due to the impact of COVID-19 on the supply chain, the store was closed, and Ross moved on to become a UX Consultant for an unspecified company. In 2022, Ross joined CWT as a Principal UX Designer, leading design direction for internal and external products and services, including the successful Train booking channel in the myCWT app and web product.

Ross M. completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Web Development at Manchester Metropolitan University from 2009 to 2013, with a focus on Graphic Design. Ross then pursued a High National Diploma in Advanced Project Management at the University of Ulster from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their degrees, Ross obtained certifications in Learning to Be Assertive, Up and Running with Bootstrap 3, and The Science of Logo Design from lynda.com.
