Tammy Morgan

Tammy Morgan is an accomplished professional in the travel industry, currently serving as Vice President of the Customer Solutions Organization at American Express Global Business Travel since October 2025. In this role, Tammy leads a dedicated team focused on providing comprehensive solutions and support to clients beyond traditional business travel, overseeing the Global Meetings and Events Organization, the Global Solutions Group, and the Global Customer Effectiveness organizations. Prior to this position, Tammy accumulated extensive experience at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, holding various roles including Regional Vice President, General Manager, and Vice President of Global Market Management since January 1987. Tammy is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.
