Tom Kasper

Tom Kasper has extensive experience in IT service operations and management, currently serving as the Director of IT Global Service Operations at CWT since June 2015. Notably, Tom implemented collaborative tools such as Slack and WebEx, and significantly improved incident communication times. Prior to this role, Tom held various management positions at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where responsibilities spanned ITIL process delivery, enterprise database administration, and operations support across North America. Tom has also contributed to technology solutions for marketing at Carlson Marketing and managed IT services for extensive networks at Carlson Leisure Group. Earlier career roles included technical analysis and project management at Carlson Travel Network and Northwest Airlines. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
